 I have always thought of myself as quick healer when it came to sports injuries. Well maybe when I was in my twenties…not the case now that I’m in my forties. The injury to my neck and back was so excruciating… pain relievers were not fixing the problem. So, I turned to Cheryl for help.I was immediately put at ease by Cheryl’s knowledge and communication thoughout the session. She took the time to learn about me, my body, diet… Her style of execution and the results I experienced are amazing. I am now a believer in acupuncture!

| Ms. Takeda was the first person I ever had acupuncture with. I fell in love with it! I can’t even describe it, it is like a tiny hole in an over inflated balloon that slowly releases the stress and you feel like you are floating. It is incredible, I’m hooked!

| My First Accupuncture ExperienceI was surprised with the time spent gathering health information before the treatment began. At that point a treatment plan was determined and explained fully to me before Cheryl started. Cheryl really set my mind at ease about what type of treatment was going to be used. There was no discomfort at all, Cheryl has a gentle technique.
By the end of our appointment I felt a loosening of my shoulder and a great relief of pain.
It was a very positive experience and I will continue with Cheryl’s services.

| When I initially decided to pursue acupuncture for a chronic condition I was hesitant and actually a little scared as I never had acupuncture before. Before we began treatment, she spent extensive time going over my health history, explaining the procedures, and walking me through what to expect. | While dealing with back pain for a number of years, I’ve tried the usual suspects; chiropractors, massage therapy, physical therapy and a variety of medicines with little result. Cheryl has helped me to understand the benefits of acupuncture and with only a few treatments managed to bring me relief and results unequaled by any other discipline.If you find yourself frustrated as well with little results to ongoing health issues of any kind, I highly recommend giving acupuncture a try. | I am completely amazed at the difference I felt after my first acupuncture treatment with Cheryl. I do a lot of weight lifting in my professional field as a personal trainer, but I was slowed by extreme muscle tightness in my left knee. I had it massaged three times, including one trigger point therapy session. None of that helped at all. I decided to try acupuncture with Cheryl. I didn’t know what to expect, but the process was very simple and pain-free. After the session, I could feel energy flowing into my left knee. Two days later, I was working out harder than I had in months and I had no pain in my knee. Now, I am a firm believer in Cheryl’s expert talent and I will be referring all my clients, friends and family to her.I just want to say, thank you very much for your awesome work on my injuries.

| I was suffering a severe case of Repetitive Strain Injury of my right elbow. Cheryl’s treatment has made a world of difference in the healing of my elbow, which was almost unusable when I began seeing her. I had been to another acupuncturist before Cheryl and was ambivalent about the effectiveness of the treatment. I was struck by the positive difference in her approach in treating patients from my first visit. Cheryl is clearly an expert in her field and shows a genuine interest in her patients well-being and in helping them heal. Anyone considering acupuncture would do well to consider going to Cheryl.
